Oasis Grove: Stylish 2BR Retreat in Masdar City

Positive: Well maintained property

I would not use this company again. Positive: The open plan design of the living room makes it look bigger than it is. Negative: - None of the plug sockets upstairs were working, with visible scorch marks on one of them. - The lower pull-out part of the upstairs bed smelled of urine. - Check-in was extremely problematic because no one sent us the check-in form before we arrived, or provided clear instructions, resulting in multiple laps trying to access the parking, and security making us wait 45 minutes in the lobby before being able to access the apartment. - There was only 1 bath towel between 4 people - the rest were small hand towels. - The coffee machine did not have the correct adapter, so it was unusable. - The place had not been cleaned before our arrival - the table, stairs and balcony were visibly dirty. - No-one answered either of the two phone numbers provided, despite multiple attempts to contact. When we mentioned all of this to management, they sent someone to fix the plugs upstairs while we were out for the day, cleaned the scorched socket, (still didn't bring any large towels), and denied that there was ever a problem. - When we asked for a partial refund, we were told that no one had ever complained before, and it was against their policy.

Negative: Table next to tv is broken. One of the legs isn't attached at all, and there's no screw. It's very dangerous. My little daughter just leaned on it and the tabletop fell on her foot. Be careful.

Unkompliziert mit eine tolle Aussicht. Positive: Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sauber und schön. Service ist super und ganz schnell, es wurde noch ordentlich geputzt bevor wir ankamen. Jeder war sehr lieb, der security Mann war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Parkplatz war auch groß und gut. Negative: Alles war super
